Welcome to The Midlife Field Guide

Hello Fellow Midlife Explorer!

This is the Midlife Field Guide. If you're confronting questions big and small about life in the 45-65ish age range, this is the place for you. Whether it's figuring out who you are at this stage of life, how to stay healthy, or how to find more meaning, fun, and community in your life, we're here to act as human lab rats to find you the answers.

By signing up for The Midlife Field Guide you’ll join a rich community of creative midlife explorers and seekers who are striving to get more out of life and are prepared to go through a mix of meaty, insightful, ridiculous, and entertaining exercises to do it.

We’re Steve & Geoff, two friends who are both firmly in midlife, filled with questions, and committed to being midlife guinea pigs to try and find some answers. We are also lifelong storytellers who have worked professionally in television, film, radio, podcasting, and online media for decades. We know that there are approximately a bazillion things out there competing for your precious time and attention, and we promise to give the Midlife Field Guide everything we've got to make it worth your while.

You’ll get stories of experiments aimed at finding more meaning at middle age, as well as expert advice on how to try these experiments at home. Audience participation is certainly not mandatory, but we hope you’ll be inspired to try at least one or two yourself! 😜

Thanks for joining us and don’t forget to tell all your midlife friends asking themselves these same questions!
